Description: SAFE-OFF is a unique low VOC. liquid that dissolves epoxies, enamels, urethane, epoxy river rock, and river gravel.SAFE-OFF is an environmentally friendly, 100% biodegradable liquid. It has an appealing citrus fragrance. SAFE-OFF contains no caustics, acids or other hazardous solvents.

Uses:
• river gravel and river rock removal
• loosens epoxy, urethane membranes and carpet mastic
• dissolves enamels, paints and ink

Preparation:
• Area should be dry, clean of dirt, and any standing water.

Application:
• Apply product on surface with paint roller (except rive gravel and river rock), garden sprayer, bug sprayer or sprinkling can. DO NOT dilute mix. Cover area with black plastic or visqueen to trap vapors inside. Allow products to breakdown adhesive membrane for several hours. Overnight works well. Scarify, shovel and scrape off broken up rock, mastic and debris.
• NOTE: Not all surfaces respond the same way. Thick layers of epoxy or urethane membranes, or multiple layers of river gravel may require heavier saturation. Product should be tested on a small area first.

Limitations:
• Do not apply when air or surface temperatures are below 50° F.
• Don not apply to wet surface.
• Do not allow to freeze. Store about 32° F (0°C)

Coverage:
• 40 - 100 sq. ft./ gallon on river gravel and river rock, depending on thickness.
• 80 - 150 sq. ft./ gallon non-porous surfaces.
